Part of Teresa’s design process is to take influence from her dreams, meditations, art, teachings and teachers.
How do you choose what is right for you?
First begin with your intention. The power of intention is palpable when it is correctly applied. Thoughts are things after all. Everything we see today first existed in someone’s mind. Intentions should be sent out for the highest good, even if it isn’t necessarily what you want. These pieces are designed to bring a sense of awareness into your habitual thought patterns.
Maybe, at first it’s just a small nudge; a tiny tendril, a thrill through the body, an ineffable something that your finger traces the familiarity of it but you’re not quite sure what IT is. Sit a moment. Be open to what comes, find and ease in your breath. The simple asking will bring knowledge, then understanding, then maybe in time a sense of resolution.
