Unworn jewelry with attached tags may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the package. Unfortunately, worn or tag-removed jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Packages sent Cash on Delivery (COD) will be rejected upon delivery, and any resulting shipping charges will be the responsibility of the sender. The sender is kindly requested to cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges. After receiving and inspecting your package, you will be eligible for an exchange or refund to your original payment method, excluding the shipping costs.
Due to the time and creative investment, custom pieces are not returnable. However, custom pieces are eligible for warranty repairs. If you have any questions about your custom piece, please contact me here.

In my commitment to ensuring that your well-intentioned piece meets your aspirations and my high standards, I am continuously working to enhance the quality of each item before it is shipped. If, however, you receive a damaged item, kindly complete the form below within 14 days of receiving the items. Include photos of the box, along with a description of the damage, so that I can take necessary measures to prevent such occurrences in the future.
Please be aware that Renovatio Beadworks cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. Insurance can be purchased for an additional fee at the time of purchase.
