Returns & Exchanges

Mala Art with Heart

If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact me within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligible items must be unworn, in original condition, and have all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear or have had tags removed cannot be accepted.
Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Packages sent Cash on Delivery (COD) will be refused, and any resulting charges will remain the sender’s responsibility.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be eligible for an exchange or a refund to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

Archive Sale Items
Pieces offered through the Archive Sale are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These items are offered at a reduced price as part of a curated release of past work or limited inventory.

Due to the time and creative investment involved, custom commissions are final sale. However, custom pieces are eligible for warranty repairs. If you have any questions or concerns about your custom piece, please contact me [here].

Mala Repair & Restoration Services

Warranty repairs are available for malas that break within six months of purchase. If your mala qualifies, please complete the form below and include your name, order details, and a clear photo with a brief description of the issue.

Repairs requested after six months are still welcome and offered as a paid service. You can learn more about ongoing repair and restoration options [here].

Items with Defects

Each piece is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please complete the form below within 14 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item, the packaging, and a brief description of the damage so I can properly assess the issue and help prevent future occurrences.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking and insurance. While Renovatio Beadworks is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit, I will gladly assist with the insurance claim process when applicable.
